Step 1

Our core team members join your Slack/Team channel, becoming your in-house marketing team extension. We advise & discuss with you about the things to be done in order to achieve your goals.

Step 2

You set a monthly marketing budget with your dedicated marketing lead - i.e. the maximum level of activities you need us to work in the coming month, and you pay the invoice in advance.

Step 3

Our team starts working for you as your own in-house marketing team, all project are directly managed by your dedicated marketing lead, all tasks are time-tracked by the minute using Trello/Asana, and Everhour.

Step 4

Your dedicated Marketing Lead is responsible for monitoring budget spend, sending regular reports of current spend level, project summary and task breakdown, with full transparency of project tasks by team member and cost.

Step 5

We understand that workload may vary from month to month, that’s why you can say ‘stop’ at anytime - our team will immediately pause work activities and stop using the budget.

If the monthly budget has been reached half way through the month but you want us to continue, simply top up extra for the month.

Any left over budget of the current month can automatically rollover to next month to meet the upcoming demand.
